These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pawblefy website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Store services and eligibility

You may use the store only for lawful purposes and only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use the store on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to bind them.

2. Account and checkout information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account credentials confidential. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been used without authorization.

3. Products and availability

We try to display product descriptions, colors, images, sizing, and availability accurately. Screen settings, photography, material variations, and manufacturing tolerances can affect appearance. Products and offers may be changed, limited, or discontinued. We may limit quantities when reasonably necessary.

4. Personalization

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before placing an order, including spelling, phone number, size, color, font, and other selections. By submitting text, a name, phone number, image, or other content for personalization, you confirm that you are authorized to use it and instruct us and our service providers to reproduce it for your order. We may decline content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, or is otherwise inappropriate.

5. Prices and payment

Prices, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes are shown during checkout and may change before an order is placed. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout using your selected payment method. If a pricing or listing error is discovered, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.

6. Orders, acceptance, changes, and cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for reasons such as suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, an obvious error, or inability to fulfill the requested personalization. If we cancel after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund. Personalized orders enter production quickly, so requested changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after submission.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from the United States. We aim to ship on the next business day, and most orders arrive 2–4 business days after shipment, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Additional details are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and 30-day guarantee

Our 30-day guarantee, eligibility rules, and instructions for damaged, defective, incorrect, personalized, and non-personalized products are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Product fit and pet safety

You are responsible for selecting the correct product and size, checking fit regularly, and deciding whether a product is appropriate for your pet. Use collars, harnesses, leashes, and accessories only as intended, inspect them before each use, discontinue use if damaged or worn, and supervise your pet as appropriate. No collar, harness, leash, or accessory is escape-proof or a substitute for responsible handling, identification, training, or veterinary advice.

10. Reviews, photos, and other submissions

If you submit a review, photo, comment, suggestion, or other content, you keep ownership of your content but give Pawblefy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display it in connection with our business and marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for the submission. We may moderate or remove submissions that are unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or unrelated.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use the website to violate law or another person's rights; submit malicious code; interfere with security or operation; scrape, copy, or exploit the service in an unauthorized manner; impersonate another person; submit false information; or facilitate fraud or abuse. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, or others.

12. Intellectual property

The website and its text, branding, graphics, photographs, designs, and other content are owned by Pawblefy or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as allowed by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit this content without permission.

13. Third-party services and links

Our store uses third-party services, including Shopify and payment and delivery providers, and may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party sites, content, policies, or services that we do not control. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's terms.

14. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Product-specific promises expressly stated on the website and rights that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pawblefy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the website or products. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited remains subject to applicable law. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

16. Responsibility for violations

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms. This section does not apply where prohibited by law.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, practices, or legal obligations. Updated Terms take effect when posted, unless a later date is stated. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation, unlawful activity, fraud, or a security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

19. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Nothing in this section prevents either party from using a court or remedy available under applicable law.

20. Severability and entire agreement

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. These Terms and the policies linked from them form the agreement between you and Pawblefy regarding the store and supersede prior statements on the same subject.
